Zhende transform, drive organizational vitality through processes

Zhende established BPIT in 2023 to improve its core organizational competitiveness through process innovation for the first time.

In 2023:

1- Purchasing material control labor efficiency improved to nearly 100%.
2- The number of per capita SKUs undertaken by the International Sales Division increased by 21%, and efficiency improved by 38%.
3- The Quality Control Department saved 73% of paper consumed for reports, and working hours recorded by management and technical personnel reduced by 70% synchronously.


In 2023, the BPIT (the Board of Process Information Technology) determined the process construction strategy of Zhende: a comprehensive process management system was established through four-class projects based on Zhende's strategies and its employees’ opinions.

Change and innovation are core values at Zhende Medical, guiding our enterprise behavior and encouraging every employee to enhance production technology and site management. This focus on innovation boosts production efficiency and quality, reduces costs, and better positions us in modern competition, laying a solid foundation for sustainable development.

To achieve this, we have implemented a comprehensive TPI project, which is not a one-time optimization but a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. This includes enhancing safety, reducing staff workload, and improving the working environment. We actively seek improvement opportunities, whether small daily enhancements or larger strategic changes. Through these efforts, we protect employee rights, and improve production efficiency, product quality, and market competitiveness.

Starting from 2019, we have been promoting lean process innovation to improve production efficiency and ensure production quality.Whole process improvement of supply chain in 2023:


81 TPI projects were completed.

4,976 frontline proposals were improved.

6,654 standard formulas were developed.

7,853 people participated in improving the proposals.

From 2021 to 2023:

Improvement of labor efficiency: production labor efficiency increased by 28%.
Saving of raw materials: Through technical transformation and staff quality improvement, a total of 1,385 tons of non-woven fabrics were saved, which was equivalent to about 2.01 million general-purpose disposable surgical bags that can be used by about 50 medium-sized Chinese hospitals for one year.
Saving of energy consumption: 3,655.56 MWH of electricity was saved over three years, which was equivalent to 157,188 new saplings.
